Tâpwê Production
Projects is a fully Native-owned multimedia production services
company located and incorporated in New York, NY in March, 2005.
Tâpwê has, through working relationships, gathered an
impressive array of extremely professional creative technical and
administrative American Indian people to provide services to
American Indian communities and to the urban minority public in general.
American
Indians and other Indigenous minorities continue to maintain their
historically rich traditions
through art, music, dance, storytellers, speakers of oral traditions
and keepers of native
languages, thereby safe-guarding these
multi ethnic
cultures. Tâpwê Production Projects
promotes and assists this time honored tradition by offering
services that
assure
and showcase these stories and traditions that
reflect the cultures as they actually are in this age of modern
technology.
In focusing multi-ethnic production services to mainstream America
and Canada, Tâpwê Production Projects:
-
provides
a voice and production service vehicle for not only Native American Indians
and Indigenous Peoples internationally but for all minorities in the multimedia arts.
-
utilizes
new technologies in innovative ways to establish, promote and
position Tâpwê Production Projects as a major supplier, employer and
